I have had a brilliant massage on my shoulder back and arm, the pain was so bad could hardly move my arm, now after having massage it feels loads better, I recommend Andrea every Time thank you
This was my second visit to Shaya Holistic and Sports Therapy, and it was just as excellent as the first. The therapist was professional and skilled, and the environment was calm and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return again!
After suffering with my back for a number of years I came here as a last ditched attempt. From the first session I’ve noticed considerable improvements in my mobility and pain. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with music and good conversation.
Went to Andrea for a deep tissue massage, she was absolutely fantastic and professional throughout. She went through what she would be doing and what it will do to my body and also the aftercare too. Would 100% recommend
