Shay comes highly recommended as a lender and knowing her stuff in this business! She is concerned about her clients needs and does a fantastic job in answering all of their questions! She has also become a good friend, and we truly appreciate her efforts in helping us with our last two home purchases!
She is very thorough and explaining the process of requiring a mortgage. She was always available for questions. Very nice follow through on making those first few payments. I recommend her highly as a well qualified loan officer.
