I have been coming here for a while now with my bike and every time they are some of the most honest people I know with there pricing and what needs doing. Every time there amazing with how fast they can fix a bike with it being same day. If I could only recommend one bike shop it would have to be here
Absolute disgraceful experience from this shop whilst visiting twice recently. I have faced such hostile and rude customer service. I took my son's bike a tube change, and asked for the price and requested for a discount, which I felt was normal as no price list visible in the shop. The young man attending walked and placed the bike outside and refused to serve me in an extremely aggressive manner. Been using this shop for well over 15yrs & always receive great friendly service. Bought my sons bike in for a service in June & the lad said it would be best to remove the stabilisers as it would help my 7yr to learn how to balance and ride without them, best decision ever as within afew days he was riding on his own with confidence. Went here today in search of a bike helmet and was not disappointed!! I have quite a large head, and was not able to find a helmet in my size at Halfard's. I decided to come here and was able to find a suitable helmet at a great price. Staff was incedibly welcoming and helpful, and thoroughly explained how to operate the LED light function on the back of the helmet. I plan on buying a bike in a few weeks' time, so I will definitely be coming here again!!
