Management/office staff was the issue here. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
If I could give no stars I would - care was shocking when my Nan was here, we genuinely believed her to be nearing end of life the way she declined and the lack of care. States it’s a dementia home but no real dementia staffing, just a case of sticking someone in a home and there’s just carers there to feed them and put them to bed. Entertainment team did their best but not a lot they could do with what they had. One day we come here and there was a resident on the floor and a carer just stepped over her!
