AVOID if possible!!!! Over 2 weeks for a parcel from Brisbane and urgent for Xmas.. expected delivery changed twice and still didn't arrive...I contacted them and was told probably not going to happen....I think it's more of a lack of care factor -- thanks for destroying our holidays, whenever I am purchasing anything from Qld I'll be ensuring they don't use Shaw's transport or Hunter (not) Express and I'll purchase elsewhere. Fantastic service from Chrissie in the office. Had ordered part for delivery to friends place in Katherine but was able to have it held at Darwin for pick up there...top notch!
