Very good to deal with. Answered my call promptly and were more than happy for me to come straight away to their depot to pick up my parcel as we needed it urgently. National carrier who freighted to Darwin were very unhelpful and claimed to not be able to contact Shaws. So I waited an unnecessary weekend plus public holiday before I asked for Shaws details. If only I had asked earlier. Shaws sorted it out in 5 minutes. Pick was friendly and no fuss.
three business day no delivery no any information
Goods spent 3 working days at the facility including a weekend, got sent out for delivery and never arrived. Waited all day and nothing. Very bad. Auspost is more efficicient. I do not recommend
