What an incredible experience we had today. Went to Ballarat for a day trip. Saw the Giant store and stopped with our 10 year old daughter to look at a bike (which we’ve been wanting to get her for a while). Well right time right place. Dennis was incredible with our daughter the care he took in explaining why the bike he was recommending was right for her, how she should approach the gear changes and so on. Thank you for making our purchase of a new bike a completely memorable one for us and our daughter.

Fantastic service, they really go out of their way to be helpful
After a recent trip to Creswick, we were fortunate enough to meet Pat, who provided some running repairs to ensure we did not miss out on some hero dirt during our stay. Amazing shop with a huge range to suit all riders, a plethora of accessories and a workshop to cater for everything. MOST IMPORTANTLY - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe because it’s an old-school business, maybe it’s a country town thing, but honestly, I could not be any more impressed!!! Thanks Pat and team!!!!!
Best service out there would recommend if you need a quick fix 10/10 absolute beauty
