I purchased a gift card at this store for $100. The person I sent it to could never use it. It is a VanillaGift card, the ones they sell there. They charged a service fee of $6.95. When the card could not be used, the store was 100% unhelpful. I was hung up on twice. I searched online to find thousands THOUSANDS of complaints about these gift cards being a total scam, but, Shaws keeps selling them while refusing to provide any support for the victims.
