Shawn cleaned my wood stove chimney many times until last year and this year he never responded to multiple messages to schedule and often doesn’t empty his voice mail. So if you live 3o minutes from Santa Fe he’ll be blowing off your business even if you had been a loyal customer for years. You cannot depend upon this man.

Shawn was thorough, professional and protected the area from soot. He also wore booties to protect my carpet and cleaned the outside area afterwards from one of the two fireplaces that needed cleaning. He also replaced a chimney cap that was damaged in a windstorm. Quick and efficient. Thank you, Shawn!
Shawn recently worked on 2 properties that I manage. One was simple, but in the 2nd, the brick had been placed the wrong way, creating an unsafe condition. Shawn took the firebox apart & rebuilt it from scratch over a few days. It was a messy job, the worksite was always kept clean, even as other contractors traipsed all around him. Shawn recently replaced 3 cracked chimney liners…In doing so , it has lessened the noise from the wind incredibly, as well as making the fireplaces more efficient nd up to code. A job well done! Thanks Shawn😎
