Incredibly unprofessional. To his credit the engagement pictures he did for us were wonderful and we he did get our pictures back to us within a month or two. HOWEVER, the ordeal with our wedding pictures has been a nightmare. It took him nearly 3 months to send us the link to our pictures. Once he did I would say 50% were missing. Shawn told us it was an "internet" issue and that they would be downloaded immediately. Shawn did an amazing job with our wedding. He's so focused on the details and the small stuff that we probably would of forgot about. He's so talented and dedicated to his work, and his work is amazing. He has a great eye and catches amazing shots. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations of a photographer.
