Every time I call to schedule an appointment the assistant is very rude and hangs up the phone, I'm not looking for anything for free, I will pay for the service, I hope the lawyers realize that they are losing clients because they have an incompetent assistant who has no idea what is customer service -*
Mike is awesome and knows how to do his job extremely well. If I ever need a lawyer again he would be my go-to. He explained every question I had and was easy-going and very kind.
I called these guys a week ago, left a message and stated I needed help with some deed work. Still no call back even they state they will. Can you trust people who do t honor a voice mail? I wouldn’t answer now if they did call. If you’re reading this, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
