Um, if you are going to be an attorney and thus an officer of the court, your ethics must be beyond reproach. My advice is to find another attorney who will let you know if he has any questions or is confused about something rather than making totally erroneous and unfounded assumptions and then backchanneling with another member of your legal team to negatively influence not only the handling but also the outcome of your legal matter.
