Jason was super in sorting out information between my cousin, who is my POA and myself, switching from Medicare Advantage to AARP UHC. He went above and beyond explaining the difference between the two plans, what was covered etc. Jason was extremely patient and went overtime in getting the results taken care of. It was greatly appreciated.
We have been with Shaw for quite a few years. We have found them to be very client oriented, and superb service.
