Absurdly unprofessional. I paid to submit a trademark for a company name in October of 24. Attempted to follow up as I’d never heard anything back. Left a message and never was called back. Second call I spoke to his assistant and never heard back. Called again today and was able to talk to him and was told someone messed up and it was never submitted.
