They took along time bringing me on board. I had to keep calling to check in on when I could start working. Pay wasn't like I told it would be. Things were unorganized and couldn't get answers to my questions if I did get an answer it was nobody knew anything. Had to keep after people to get answers. Mill would produce wood products when they wanted to. O/O & Company drivers would tell me which trailers I could and couldn't use even though they were company trailers. Equipment needs pms done.
