Used this company a couple months ago for a tire change. Had this scronny blonde guy show up with a cprappy attitude show up gave me a hard time about not taking care of it myself, honestly could not remember his name worst experience in my life. But the next time they were the only company to answer super late. Driver showed up with a great attitude. His name was Chris. I remember because that's my son's name. I had a jackknifed truck and trailer hauling a skidsteer on my steep mountain driveway with the trailer high centered off a berm with the back end dangling in the air and the nose of the truck pointed straight into the berm on the other side. No way, no way can I call AAA and help get this cluster …. undone. Well Robert from Shaun’s hauling called quickly and let me know when he’d be there and after an hour of trying different winching and tows we got it out!!! Giving a shout out to Zack at Shaun’s for coming to Estes Park to pick-up our Alamo rental of a Red Audi A3 that broke down. He was caring, dependable and tried his best to get to us on our way ASAP. I would highly recommend Shaun’s, but specifically Zack! He’s wonderful and was very empathetic to our situation, when others were not! 5-Star employee! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼
