My mother-in-law lived there for 2 years and received excellent care. She passed away at the end of March 2025, a few days before Sienna Senior Living purchased the facility. Two months later, Sienna has still not refunded my mother-in-law's damage deposit of over $2200.00 to her estate. Lots of excuses and false promises. Incompetence or intensional?
Amazing, my Aunt keeps on saying she should have moved along time ago and ahe was champion resistor to leave her home. Everything from the moment you walk in makes you know your welcome and the care and recreation programs has brought back her smile which is priceless. When they say it's a cruise ship on land with 24/7 care they weren't kidding!!

My parents who are 90 and 92 have been in Shasta Care for over a year. They are very happy, and so are we. With my business I see many facilities and overlap with many seniors, and I can honestly say in my 30+ years of practice this place is probably the best I've ever seen.
Beware this healthcare aide named Jean D. Ive been working with her for a long time, she's a toxic and a gossiper spreading rumours, a trouble maker, every shift that she worked with she's unfriendly with her co workers. Be careful shasta care staff. ~Celine Dexter
