Shashank worked very hard, dedicating his time well beyond regular hours to inform me of developments, and kept me updated on all steps throughout the entire process. He was quick to respond when I had questions and explained all things in great detail. Really impressed by his devotion, working to really get me what was needed.
Happy to deal with Iyer. Though I have not given businesss to him, he have collected all the details for me and I knew he has tell of his efforts and before I decide to accept his offer, my current mortgage company offered the same rate.
