John has been the best preparing our tax returns. He's always on top of the irs changes that benefit us. Great communication, especially for the fire victims living in remote areas (Idaho). We highly recommend his services and will continue to employ John for all of our tax preparations.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Sharrett Tax, specifically with John Knecht. We were told that messages would be returned within 48 hours, which has consistently not happened. John emailed us saying he would review our spreadsheet over the weekend and get back to us the following week.
