Just want to let you know that our Sharpe/Curtis Bay rep, Katie Hughes, does a fantastic job working with us in what ever issue we may have or just assuring us that she is "here to help". I have worked with her for several years and find it refreshing to find such a knowledgeable and helpful representative. THANK YOU Katie.
Bad service. Local representative never responded our request to terminate the service. They kept collecting money from us even we already refused their service. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! it’s a scam.
Terrible!! Worst customer service. I called them 4 times for 4 months try to see why their driver stopped showing up. And every single time, I was told the driver will be there next month. Again, they failed to pick up the trash. Now the biohazard trash stacked up for 4 months. AVOID AT ALL COST.
