Very poor communication, lack of follow-up from employees when I would be promised a call back, office hours were unreasonable 8pm and beyond Mon-Fri, staff cannot answer tax questions concerning my business, paid $500 to have my tax prepared but they mistakenly filed as individual when I was married that same year. Just alot of problems and unprofessionalism
