Sharp is an understatement for Ms. Sison and her team!
Disappointing experience. I sent my papers via email on Feb. 28 - I received an acknowledgement email afterwards and was told to wait 4-7 days and I shall be receiving a phone call. After 7 days - no phone call, I called on the 7th day to follow up, again they said I shall receive a call. March 8 - I got a call and was asked several information. Then said to wait again. The team is very unprofessional everyone using earphones. They don’t communicate with you at all, just make you wait for hours. Very unsatisfactory poor service.
