I hate the parking, the lack of kindness with guest/people, the security guy who will give tickets to anyone who parks in designated spots, like, for pharmacy when you ARE GOING TO THE PHARMACY
Everyone was efficient and helpful. The parking structure wasn't designed for the level of traffic though. Think twice about taking larger vehicles because the turns are very tight.
Had to do an X-ray and labs this morning. Frank in X-ray was wonderful. Dawn in labs was rough around the edges. She kind of jump down my throat for asking her to use a butterfly. Her customer service needs some fine tuning.
Parking can be tough and the place is like a maze, but once you get to where your appointment is, the doctors and staff are outstanding.
