Pathetic experience. Most unprofessional team i have ever experienced. I have processed my kid's study permit in January after purchased LMIA in Dec 2024. Blocked my calls in Feb so I could only contact through emails that to their India office only. Got ADR request on 20th June which was submitted on 25th June. Application rejected on 3rd July.
