The person answering the calls was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was wasting their time and gave me short, dismissive answers. If this is how they treat potential customers over the phone, I can’t imagine how bad the rest of the service must be.

From the inital request for a rental, to the time we dropped off the Lamborghini Huracan, everything was top notch! I reached out last minute about a rental and Rebecca was quick to assist and get us in the vehicle we wanted. They dropped off the vehicle right to us and the car DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We even extended on the day we were suppose to return the vehicle and it was no problem at all!
