Went here for an intro physical therapy visit. The therapist recommended their own versions of exercises such as clam shells without stacked hips and weird tests that caused me INCREASED injury. My doctor and I told them what I wanted treatment for. I was in better shape before the appointment. Don't waste your time, money (yes, still expensive with my insurance) or, most importantly, health. Wonderful place that is helping me and my health so much. Rooms available for massage and acupuncture, gym is great with free weights and nice equipment and cardio machines. Side room for classes and various activities. Water, towels always available and great staff.
It is an Aplus experience. The people are caring and interested in you as a person. Jan was an outstanding therapist for me. I would look forward to doing it all again.
