Still trying to contact me about local taxes they claim I didnt file back in 2010. Threatening to take me to court over something that is way passed the statute of limitations. Don't pay any attention to these people, they are clearly scam artists and I hope they are more miserable than they seem with their current reviews.
Anyone who I have had to speak too has always been very nice and helpful.
They seem like a scam - I received a collection notice for a residence I didn't live at for the year on the notice. I called - they are unable to provide any proof of debt, they have zero knowledge of how credit or debt works - very argumentative and rude. They hung up on me.
WARNING!!!!I DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I see why the reviews are so low for this company. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. The system was not working when I tried to process my payment, for weeks, and she did nothing. I got assessed another fee because the system they use to process payments doesn't work. If you want people to pay then get a new system and train your people better on how to help.
