WARNING!!!!I DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I see why the reviews are so low for this company. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. The system was not working when I tried to process my payment, for weeks, and she did nothing. I got assessed another fee because the system they use to process payments doesn't work. If you want people to pay then get a new system and train your people better on how to help.
Haven’t lived in the state since 2021 yet I can count on my annual letter from Sharp Collections saying I owe hundreds of dollars for a city I don’t and have not lived in. They ask for proof, I send it, hear nothing, get another letter next year. I hate it here.
This company tries to threaten you into paying taxes that you don't owe. They have sent me bills for at least 12 years and I've lived out of state since 2004. Trying to get me to pay per capita for every property I own in every township and I'm not even a resident here. 🤡
This is ridiculous they send me a letter the I own taxes for be a person living in my city this is a joke... I have proof of everything the I paid and every year Totally a scam company.
