Always late and we're never notified until after the time they require parents to be at the bus stop. My child has been late to school multiple times. Bus is now late to either pick up or drop my child off. Things are just getting worse. One day the bus was almost 50 minutes late and the website only said 10-20. I called the operator to find out where my child's bus was and they had no clue! Can't believe we are forced to trust these people... how do you now have GPS on these things.

Horrible drivers always driving dangerously throughout the city. I would NEVER send my kids on a bus of theirs.
