incompetent, can't believe we're forced to trust these people with our disabled kids. they either don't show up or leave your kids waiting outside in the cold
THEY ALLOW THEIR DRIVERS TO KEEP THEIR JOBS AFTER RUNNING A RED LIGHT AND CAUSING A NEAR MISS FATALITY. I sent them a dash cam video of their driver running a red light and almost causing an accident that would have killed me. And they decided to “talk to their driver to ensure this decision doesn’t happen again.” Yah… not cool.
Really dangerous policies and procedures putting kids in danger. Snowstorm resulted in my daughter being over an hour late when the website indicated 20-30 minutes. While the delay is completely understandable due to the weather, the website was not updated and the office had closed at 5. A voicemail was left for the emergency on-call who was called 3 times - the voicemail was never returned even 3 days later. We where behind this bus for about 20-25 mins and watch her through out 3 cans of something. ( don’t wanna call it beer but it could definitely be ) This was around 6:20PM Friday Nov 22, 2024 in Ancaster. Seen on White church road E SH5 880 = License plate 1879 = Bus number
