Always late and we're never notified until after the time they require parents to be at the bus stop. My child has been late to school multiple times.

Horrible drivers always driving dangerously throughout the city. I would NEVER send my kids on a bus of theirs.
Your bus drivers need more training. Yesterday, one of your drivers dropped off my 4- and 6-year-old children without ensuring an adult was present. They ended up running toward the street. For the past two years, drivers have always picked up and dropped off my children at a safer stop a couple hundred meters up the road, not at the dangerous turn where this driver left them.
