App rarely works. Call centre is no help at all. Delays are not reported accurately or timely - for example today is -35 with the wind chill and the bus is delayed 30-40 mins. They refuse to send another bus or have any other plan. School would already be in session at that time. The app sent no notification to multiple parents on the bus route. This route also has high school students that need to get on a connecting bus that they would then miss.
Sharp operated school buses are constantly late. Kids are left standing in the freezing cold. Sharp only updates parents after the bus doesn't show. Do your jobs and show up on time!
