The department is still Covid protocol… so the only person that you can talk to face to face is the receptionist with a plastic shield like your in a buffet. Then to talk to an advisor you to go in a room with a phone and wait for the phone to ring to talk to the advisor (Reminds me of the movie “the Matrix”). Just found out that if you pay your bills online… there’s a freaking fee!!
Walked in, gave them my documents, they told me how much I owed them. So amazing, friendly service. I even was late with my payments and they were still gracious and kind. I love sharonville
