I used Sharonview Federal credit Union to get an auto loan. I ended up With the help of a woman by the name of Brooke Sager, when I tell you the customer service that I received was by far the absolute best I’ve ever received by any banking institution in my 50 years of doing business. She went above and beyond to help me with my loan, took her cell phone to lunch so if I had questions I was able to contact her because I was on a tight timeline. Walked me through the loan process. I am so glad I chose this credit union to bank with. This branch in particular, they're great! Having direct deposit is nice, but going into the branch is nice too! Every single worker is so friendly and helpful!! I would absolutely recommend banking here. Absolutely.
