Absolutely the worst customer service trying to get a live representative on the phone. That's true with any branch at SFCU. I've been with Sharonview for more than 40 years and their live phone service keeps getting worse not better.
I’ve been banking with them since I was old enough to have a checking account! Always have received great service regardless of the branch or what I was there for.
