I waited a few weeks for an initial appointment, and it was well worth the wait! The staff was welcoming and courteous, and Dr Sharon Hawks is amazing!! She is thorough, down to earth, takes her time to get to know you, your condition, and goals. I am so looking forward to working through the program with her, and based on the 1st visit know I will have success. I have already shared my experience with others.
Poor customer service. Tried multiple times to reschedule an appointment. Left messages and even emailed with no luck. I received a response directly from Sharon Hawks advising me someone would contact me soon but never received a call back.
