Drug infested neighborhood. Filled drug users. Several death of drug addicts are due to Fentanyl. Nothing about this neighborhood says Condominiums or Community. The building are falling apart. Residents doesn't pick up pet waste, which causes massive flies and odor. Landlords only care about one thing, that's their rent money. Any issues with neighbors, Landlord, HOA or Property Management will not put any effort on resolving the problems. There nothing CMPD can do.

Not safe for children. Infested with crack heads. I had lived there for 6 years, and have never seen the pool open (for paying tenants) -as well as the tennis court. The apartments desperately needs rehabilitation-both inside and out. The insulation SUCKS so your electric bill will be high! Some rooms be warm &some rooms be cold in the winter. No play ground, no pool, no tennis -just violence & mold apartments -Im sorry “condos”. Poor excuse for a community.
