I dealt with Bal for my home loan. It was my first home loan journey and I could not be happier. Bal discussed 5/6 different lenders and their offerings and in the end given the repayments and special offers, I went with one of the big 4 banks. I was fully kept informed with the progress of my loan and Bal was very quick to respond to my queries. All in all, it was a very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!
