A really poor performance from Mel Lawrence. She failed to respond promptly or accurately throughout. Requiring multiple reminders to elicit any response. This resulted in a simple, non-contentious matter taking 12 months to complete, even though the terms were agreed by both parties at the outset.
Very slow in performance which causes frustration.
Quoted us obscene fee for dealing with probate (double what others are quoting for what is a simple estate) and when we declined to use their services, refuse to give the executors the will, despite making a 300 mile round trip to collect it and having made an appointment to do so.
