Incompetent and unprofessional. They cannot do simple website tasks. The worst design firm possible!
Had an intro call with Monodeep as I was interested to let them review the UI/UX of our Application. It was very unprofessional overall. No headset or good acustic (i could barely understand what he was saying). As a consequence this lead to severe miscommunciation so that the representative of this company snapped at me as he became emotional (very unprofessional). Glad he did it then, as it quickly lead to me understanding they are not fit for the job (even tho they are very expensive as they are London based).
