Thank you all for the heads up. I will be buying a house in the near future and it sounds like its best to stay away from them.
They are a shady company and I obviously know what I'm talking about. I'm sure they paid to to post the positive Review. They will remodel the properties and make them look good and hide all the internal problems of the home knowing damn well that they knew about the problem. They try and act stupid like they had no clue and that's why they sell there properties as is. People just stay away from this company unless you like spending thousands to fix the problems that they covered up with your home.
Stay away from any of the companies own by Jason Viegas, they are charlatans. We walked away from a property because they did the flip on a house and they tried to cover everything that was wrong with the property. They are scammers STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Well after reading all of the negative reviews on this company. I figured i leave a public message to clarify the misunderstanding people may have of this company. First i would like to say i was a past employee of this company. While working for this company i inspected the homes we purchased and re-renovated. I would prepare rehabilitation budgets for the foreclosed/short sale and Reo homes we would buy.
