Had to wait for more than twenty minutes after the order was made for my tea.

I ordered a fresh milk matcha, and the milk tasted cheesy/sour, and the staff argued with me when I brought it back? I also saw the jug of dairy milk was still sitting on the counter and was not refrigerated when I came back. If it had been cheap, I’d just take the loss but it cost as much as the very high quality matcha at other places nearby.
Great boba overall. The customer service was amazing and would 100% recommend the strawberry coconut smoothie.
