Walking into Sharetea on August 13, 2025 at 4:05pm, the anticipation for a refreshing drink quickly turned into disappointment. Despite the presence of three employees, my friend and I were met with complete indifference. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and certainly no offer to take our order. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, it became clear that our business was not valued, so we left, our craving unfulfilled and our enthusiasm replaced with frustration.
