Update as of 2025: They can't tell me why my $200 payment to my credit card didn't change what I owed on the card. I called the card services number, they tell me to call SharePoint.. Who can't help me. As soon as I've figured this out I'm closing everything left here. Original Review: I've lost a lot of respect for this company. I just got off the phone with a rep to make sure my credit card was coming and she was rude and unprofessional. I can't believe the tone they take. I have to say, Dawn, one of the tellers at the Andover SharePoint Credit Union, really impacted my opinion of SharePoint. I was apprehensive prior to going there as I had been a member of another credit union for many years and was unfamiliar with SharePoint's operating practices. Dawn was patient, pleasant, and professional throughout my entire visit. I felt supported and valued, as a member. Thank you, Dawn... you're a ROCK STAR!
