There needs to be a NEGATIVE 0 rating!!! They cancel rides for HANDICAPPED people!!! They say they call with an arrival time and never call the person and end up cancelling the ride. They leave people stranded for HOURS. Patients have to find other means of transportation to get home. 95 % of my drivers were courteous and professional drivers, one driver wasrude and played offense weird music loud, I asked him to turn it down and he turned it up louder, my one and only bad incident with this company
Terrible customer service! The drivers are rude and talk to you in a disrespectful manner. The dispatchers are no help. One hung the phone up on me. I guess because it’s free they feel like they can do whatever
