I placed an order with them for some shirts and a coat 3 weeks ago. The Items still are not ready and the people working at the store can not advise when the items will be ready. The workers at the store are to busy gossiping and are not nice to deal with.

I found these people to be very helpful and respectful. Ms. B. was very nice and thoughtful in getting me the information that I needed and in a very timely matter. Thanks to the staff

I ordered three police shirts in October and on December 1, 2005 they called and said it was ready for pick. During that time I ordered some pants from Galls web Site on Monday and they arrived on that thursday. I then ordered something else the following monday and again on thursday it arrived. I have been doing business with Shapiros for the past 20 years and I have never seen service this bad along with the attitudes they have working there.
