They are great!! The Dr & staff areaso understanding, uplifting and supportive. Whether you it's 10 or 100lbs to lose, they walk you through you diet plan and really show you the tools you need. Dr breaks it down the good foods vs. the bad foods, in testing that actually make sense. And even if you have a bad month, they continue to encourage and support. Highle recommend!!
