Booked my wife in for a full body relaxation massage as a gift (45 minutes for £50 = very fair price). This was postponed initially due to the therapist being ill (100% appreciate this can't be helped and they were accommodating with getting this re-booked). She ended up having a massage which was far from relaxing, wasn't full-body (purely shoulders) and only lasted 35 minutes. This was disappointing, but she said it was a thorough sports massage. Popped in on the off chance and I must say I had brilliant customer service and the treatment was amazing very professional the towels are fresh and the place just took me to another dimension for 1 hour for this reason I have given you 5 stars
Great professional treatment, exactly what I required and they came as a recommendation and rightly so. Knowledgeable, throughout massage, exactly what is needed.
Did a great job helping me with my ankle on more than one occasion. I'll certainly be back when the next part of my body breaks down.
