SHAPE is amazing! The EMS workouts are intense but quick — I feel stronger and more toned after just a few sessions. The body sculpting is the perfect boost, really targets my trouble spots with each session leaving me feeling more confident. The staff is respectful, friendly, supportive, and really know their stuff. Highly recommend!
Great personal training
I absolutely love Shape! I've been training here for five years and my transformation has been amazing. I've gone from nearly 200 pounds to about 145. The sessions are short but challenging. The staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Shape!
Totally shocking work out - you gotta try this
Great experience! It was my first time combining a workout with EMS. My trainer Garison helped me get comfortable with the suit and steadily increased the intensity throughout the session. I was amazed how productive it was - the electrical stimulus hit every major muscle group across my whole body, so our short session felt like a 1+ hour regular workout. I’ll definitely be back!
