Communication has been abysmal.
I had a great first experience. Everything was explained clearly and the entire process was very smooth. Edit: have to drop my stars because I was supposed to go in today but the trainer had an emergency. This is fine as things come up but since I booked the class through Wellhub, it will count as a late cancellation if I cancel the class from my side. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this wellness center, mainly due to extremely slow and inefficient communication. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over a week now, and the customer service representative handling my case barely responds in a timely manner despite multiple messages and voicemails. Because of their delayed responses, I was charged a late fee by the third-party finance service they use.
