I called and asked them for three months to fix a broken piece of equipment. For three months, they lied over and over saying it was already installed or they had ordered it. Last time I called, the lady at corporate threw a fit and banned me despite me maintaining a completely respectful tone while she was being incredibly rude to me. I enjoy coming to this gym. Its fairly priced. I've tried many gyms around the area and this one is always clean and the redhead girl who works evenings is my fave. Shes always very polite, respectful, funny, attentive to any questions or anything I need, shes always cleaning which goes back to its always clean, a number 1 to me. If youre looking for a home gym this is it El Reno. And a perk if you go in the evening after work and get the privilege of having what my friends and I call our fave redhead gym girl.

Love seeing Reva at the front desk! She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Super helpful with any questions and just brings great energy every time I walk in. She really kills it!
