Good and clean
Joy is exceptionally friendly, helpful as well as informative!! Shape Fitness was clean had plenty of room and equipment as well.
Relaxing place & great hours!
Nice people. Silver Sneakers and yoga teacher, Leah, is a delight. Good equipment, clean. Would be 5 stars if there weren't TVs blasting.
