I can’t say enough about Shape! It is gorgeous inside, clean, and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Carrie treated my alopecia with PRP hair restoration. There were visible results in just a few weeks! I have suffered from alopecia for over 20 years and have tried every treatment imaginable! She took her time to explain every aspect of the treatment to me. Today I had an appointment a scheduled at 11:00 am. I confirmed my appointment a couple of times. I came to Shape in Rancho Cucamonga before my appointment time, have been waiting for over 45 minutes and no one seems to be in the place. The sign with today's hous say that it is supposed to be open but there is no one here. I called the number in the appointment confirmation and no one answers si I left a message. I bought a package for 6 laser session only got to do 2 and now they won’t pick up the phone, I went there and it seems to be closed no one was there. Very unprofessional, it’s a scam they just took my money and decided to shut down
