Hi Craig, I'm the manager at Shaolin Massage, on this day I'm at the reception all day I'm not aware of this incident, all of the staff at the Shaolin massage can speak English and they are experience too also the price list clearly on the bored,if any issue or miss understanding before you make the payment can talk at reception for help, are you sure you were at the Shaolin Massage Shop?
Dishonest money grab. Visited with my wife. Asked for a service and received something completely different and got charged more than double. When I stated this at the front all of a sudden nobody could speak English. AVOID if you do not want to be scammed. Extremely disappointing. I will also be reporting this to centre management.
I booked in for a 45 min massage with JB. He was absolutely amazing so I extended to 60 mins. I can’t wait to go back and book in with him specifically again. Thanks you JB ☺️
I had Joanne first, who was really good but something really weird happened - when I asked for an extension (to do more neck), they completely changed my therapist to start all over again!! Worse, they never asked if I was ok with this! (Or if they have permission to do that!!!) So I paid double the massage for the same massage twice! Serious management problems, but next time I am going to be absolutely specific about it all.
