Went to Orchard Park location where we had had very good service last two times we purchased. This time, we had to beg the sales girl to answer our questions - she was "busy" typing on keyboard at the sales desk. Left very frustrated - will not return for any more purchases - cant beg sales people to answer questions - like - do you have undercabinet lights - "yes - right there" - no other help!!
This place is the best! I went in looking for a very specific switch for a project for my kids and they had it! staff was very helpful and friendly!
