I visited today hoping to support a local business and find new lighting for my home. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The employees were loudly discussing their belief that all cops are bad people and using derogatory language towards them. As a police officer myself it was hurtful and unprofessional, especially since I was right there as a customer. Four years ago, when we moved to OP, our new home needed updated light fixtures. I was picky about what I wanted for each room. The customer service was fantastic! Recently bought light fixtures and a floor lamp from Beata. She was extrememly knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend asking for her.
