We had a great experience with Shannon Blinds & Designs. From the initial quote to ordering and installation, the turnaround was impressively quick. Shannon was responsive, easy to work with, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. We needed to match a new blind to an existing wooden one, and she was able to find a supplier with a perfect match—it looks seamless alongside the others. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had Shannon come and measure up for 12 new blinds, most with powerwands. The new blinds arrived quite quickly and were a perfect fit. Her and Doug installed them efficiently and properly. I have no hesitation in recommending them. good pick and they suit the place well. Thanks again.

I can only rate this business 2 stars. I only like to write positive Google reviews, but after 4 plus months of frustration with Shannon’s Blinds and its poor quality product. Our concerns were brought to Shannon’s blinds on day 1 of instal and her lack of professionalism and understanding of our concerns were met with deflection and excuses. We worked with Shannon over the summer to replace all the blinds in our home. She took the time at our initial meeting to make sure we were happy with the style and color selection. The installation was quick and easy and the blinds fit perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the end result and Shannon's customer service.
